Seamas Carey’s Singing Workshop

Seamas Carey’s Singing Workshop is a joyous and anarchic collective singing experience for anyone who wants to use their voice without overthinking it. It’s designed for any environment, age, ability or gender. Whether you sing regularly or haven’t sung in years, there’s something for everyone.

Seamas leads simple warm-ups, ear-worm rounds and surprising song covers that are easy to pick up and a joy to sing. The focus isn’t on polish or perfection, but on joining in, listening to each other and engaging with song, laughter and silliness.

Beginner Beatbox Workshop With Kimmy Beatbox

Tap into your inner rhythm and learn how to create music using nothing but your voice.

This beginner-friendly workshop introduces the foundations of beatboxing in a fun, supportive and high-energy environment. You’ll learn core sounds, simple patterns and how to build your own beats — no musical experience needed.

Expect live demos, playful challenges and the weird, wild and wonderful sounds that make beatboxing so addictive.

Join us for a full sensory journey to help us playfully step in Easter.  Expect big games, silly scenes and uplifting movement to connect with ourselves, our senses, each other and joy.  We start by connecting as a group, and finding our centre followed by some high energy games with a competitive twist, slowing down to access our subconscious and spontaneity for some improvised silliness, then back to the body to try out some new moves.

Let the Sunshine in – Embodied Games

Let the eternal sunshine light up your being with a rich mix of uplifting games.  Expect to play a mixed bag of old school games and some juicy new ones Iona has straight up created too!

Held by Kata Armitage of Forgotten Fun. Kata is a transformational and body-oriented coach (with an educational and arts background), having worked with the likes of Google and ASOS to deliver team support and one to one coaching with adults and young adults. Kata’s on a community-driven mission to help people connect more deeply with themselves. Kata discovered a love for dj ing and the deep focus she found in music during lockdown. She is both an ecstatic dance dj and facilitator and loves taking people on an uplifting musical journey.

Expect a holistic play experience where you can have fun whilst also nurturing your nervous system.

Vision Board Workshop – Play Create Connect

Let’s start off the year as we mean to go on, with creativity, connection and play. Through journalling, collaging and prompt, we’ll be tapping into what makes our heart sing and what we want to create in 2026.

We’ll create a cozy and welcoming environment, provide all the materials and offer a selection of activities to help you tune into the power of you and what you want.  The collective support of the group is a powerful way to amplify your intentions and we’re just so good at making the process fun and playful.  This workshop offers the perfect space for you to focus on what you want to manifest, whether that is personal growth, your career or relationships.  Where attention goes, energy flows!
