Fool Expression Taster Workshop With Christie Animas

✨ What if the different parts in you could talk together?
✨ Are you curious about the world inside of you?
✨ Do you long for more expression ?

The Fool Expression is calling us as humans to access our Wild Truth, and learn to play with the masks in us, some known some not yet known. It is a deeply playful and transformative process allowing the players to dive deeper into themselves through a safe connection with an audience. In this benevolent container, human nature is called to open, express and bring transformation and surprises ! This work comes from the lineage of Franki Anderson. A place to play, and most importantly to just be who we are, with all the quirkiness that goes with it. Remembering and experiencing the mystery that links us all together. One foot in the known, one foot in the unknown the Fool is free, and fully alive. To be able to access our Inner Fool, to have the freedom of being fully alive at each moment and sharing that with an audience, we meet and learn to play with a range of masks: the mask of ourselves who holds us back; the ones who long to show up; the one who keeps us small; the one who wants to share the uniqueness and subtlety of our being; the mask who knows; the mask who doesn’t know… In this Taster, Christie will invite participants to deepen their relation with the body, learn the basics of the Fool’s Way on stage, explore and learn how to play with the different masks/ personalities in ourselves as we step on a stage, and explore the relationship with an audience.

Testimonials for Antidote London

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “A wonderful place to play and laugh, no matter what workshop it is. The people who go are so much fun and I love the social aspect of going for a drink afterwards and feeling part of a community. A wonderful thing to exist in a city where it’s hard to build real connections.” Claudia Colvin

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “I absolutely loved the energy during the workshop, I went to the African dance event and it was amazing – lots of fun and friendly people!” Maria Cynkier

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Everyone in London needs a dose of Antidote! The best well-being experience ever. We all need time out to be playful, try something, be with friends and meet new ones. I truly loved my session with ‘just go for it’ people. Come on! What ya waitin’ for???” Yvette Staelens
