Finding fitness a bore? Then check out our African Dancing to Live Dums workshop. You’ll pick up a sweat swinging your body to the pulsating rhythms of West Africa, hosted by the incredible Frititi. A beautiful blend of live rhythms and movement.
Hand-eye coordination optional, shaking-what-your-mama-gave-you mandatory at this African dance class. Beginner’s welcome and encouraged.
