The Bhangra Bollywood Workout with David Olton

Think Bollywood-dance-class-meets-cardio-workout. David has worked with celebrated choreographer and director Farah Khan, produced the Bollywood Dance section for Dance Your Way to Fitness and will be hosting an awesome session for us fusing classic Bhangra dance and fitness exercises. This session promises to be spicier than a vindaloo. (And MUCH better for you.)
