A disco class with a health kick. If you’re feeling the Jan blues let Frankie’s passion for disco take you on a journey back to 1979 and let loose while you learn some classic Disco choreography. Expect to learn some iconic moves and laugh while you get a sweat on. No hand-eye coordination needed, but plenty of enthusiasm is.
