Frankie’s 90s Dance workshop is a fun, upbeat and feel good dance workout set to an array of 90s tunes.  From boy bands to dance classics to pop princesses, this class will explore different genres of music spanning arguably one of the best decades for popular culture, and will do so in a fun dance & fitness format. Get ready to sweat and get ready to smile in this nostalgic, up-tempo dance workout. Frankie Friday is on a mission to put the fun back into fitness. Her workshops are famous for fun, smiles and giggles, and inclusivity and positivity are at the heart of what she does. One of her main aims is to make people feel confident and at ease whilst getting fit. Music is also at the forefront of Frankie’s sessions, and you will only hear tunes that really make you want to get up and MOVE!
