Embodied Games and Dancing The Alphabet with Iona McNeil
Get your ticket for this once-in-a-lifetime movement trip. Forget ‘heads, shoulders, knees and toes’, we are going to be dancing through the Alphabet! Iona will rev us up with a selection of old school games and juicy new ones Iona has straight up created. You’ll then be led through a dance class like no other!
Held by Iona McNeil the actual inventor of ‘Dancing the Alphabet’!!! Iona will guide you through 26 hilariously fun and vibrant dances, including A for Aerobics Dance, to C for Can-Can, F for Flossing, and all the way to Z for Zumba. You’ll have outrageous fun and get those endorphins pumping! Everyone can-can join in, no prior dancing experience needed!
Iona has produced & performed at many online parties for Morning Gloryville, the original sober rave, and has facilitated Shhh Dating events, silent speed dating. She also has an alter ego as a ‘Complimentary Drink’, dressing as a cocktail and refreshing people with compliments. Iona believes that joy is the compass in life, creating activities that people can’t help but participate in, and surrender to the fun!
