Contemporary African Dance Flow

A dynamic & fun class exploring African Contemporary Dance, taught by performer & choreographer Francis Angol. Expect to learn some traditional rhythms & play around with expressing yourself through flowing contemporary moves too. Influenced by Jazz, Western and Caribbean dance – this is a far more inventive way to get some exercise than going to the stuffy gym.
