90s silent Disco Workshop

Boom shake shake shake the room! Nineties Fever has hit Antidote London with a time-warp workshop that will take you back to the golden age of pop music.  Ease your 90s nostalgia and get ready to sweat and smile in this music hits mash up.  Claudia from Nobody’s Watching will take you on a silent disco journey through the most iconic so-bad-they’re-good 90s music hits. You’ll learn the moves, re-enact the scenes and accidentally get fit in the process. Nobody’s Watching organises uplifting silent disco experiences that will keep you fit and leave you in a contagiously good mood.

All levels welcome, no previous dance experience required. The dance moves will be easy to pick up and the focus is on having fun.
